The Tenant/s understands that they are legally bound to the Fixed-Term contract they signed and that this is an application to break this legal contract.*

The Tenant/s understands that Landlord has a right to decline this application.*

The Tenant/s understands that should the Landlord approve this lease break, the cost of this lease break is $600 which will be invoiced to them for payment and is due after new tenants are secured. *

The Tenant/s understand that if they change their mind after the property has been marketed, listed, shown to prospectives, they will be liable for any and all costs associated which will be invoiced to them for payment.*

The Tenant/s understands that they are still legally bound to their weekly rent obligations to the Landlord and must continue to pay their weekly rent up until the day before a new tenant moves in.*

The Tenant/s understand that should the landlord approve their application, That Rental Plug Ltd will begin the Tenant-Finding Process immediately.*
