Service Description
If you have applied for rentals but keep getting knocked back without knowing why or what you can do differently, this is for you. Book in for application feedback and a 1-on-1 video consultation call with me. Once you book, you will receive a link to a practice application which you fill out as if you were applying for a house. This gives me permission to perform credit checks, background checks and reference checks. You may provide your draft rental cv as well if you have one and want me to look over it. Over a video call, I will be able to explain what could possibly be going wrong with your application and how to change how you present your application to the next landlord or property manager to give you the best chance on securing a home as soon as possible.
